Nelly's Playground in
Wood Dale is ...
...a small, family-owned business. We are parents too and that is why we created this space. When we first became parents, we were constantly looking for a place that both entertained our children and allowed us to take a load off. Though the parks and other recreational facilities in the area provided some respite, we wanted a sater, cleaner place for our kids to play, where we could watch them while taking a break from the daily grind of parenthood.
Mission
We didn't find one and that's why we established Nelly's Playground, named for our first daughter. Nelly even designed our logo!
Nelly's Playground offers 4,000 square feet of creative, safe, fun play space for children ages 7 and under. Our playground is perfect for little ones to explore and improve their first steps. The equipment is soft, carefully designed for young children and a=we take pride in keeping everything meticulously clean after every use. We also make sure the space is never overcrowded, so families can enjoy their time comfortably and safe. Because the age levels are restricted, small children can explore our padded, colorful playground without fear of accidents due to rambunctious playe older children.
Vision
Nelly's Playground also host fully private birthday parties, where families can rent the entire facility for their celebration.
Only one party happens at a time, ensuring an exclusive and personalized experience.
Older children are still welcome. They can work on their art projects, homework, or games in our party room area while their younger siblings romp in our play area.
We offer easy check in and free wi-fi for all guests.
